Hi, I'm Tricia!
When I started my first company years ago, I found that most of the marketing and messaging out there was for a few very specific personality types that were not me at all. Between toxic positivity, hustle culture, and intense capitalism, everything felt forced, rushed, and exploitative. Not ideal for a highly sensitive person! I felt pressured to pretend to be someone I'm not in order to get seen. Have you had the same experience?
My goal since then has been to create a space in the online business world for other sensitives and creatives that’s nurturing, ethical, and authentic. I find so much joy and fulfillment in helping others discover more of who they truly are, and finding the best ways to represent that to the right people.
You don't have to change who you are to be successful! You simply need the right strategy and messaging.
