A thriving business and time for self care.

When I quit my full time job last year, I was at an all-time low. I had been a Creative Director for so many years and loved the glamorous parts of the career I’d built, but let me tell you- my life behind the scenes was nowhere near glamorous. I was wrecked with anxiety- physical pains, foggy head, constantly stuck in fight or flight mode. I had risen as high as I could at my workplace, and knew that what I really wanted was to work for myself.

I put off starting my own business for a long time because I thought I was "too emotional." My mindset and programming told me that I was too sensitive for the entrepreneur world. I was so worried that owning a business would make my anxiety worse and wasn't sure if I could handle the pressure.

I spent a lot of time studying business and getting to know myself as an empath, highly sensitive person, and introvert. And then one day…I made the leap and have never looked back.

This past year has been even more rewarding than I could have imagined, because instead of helping faceless big companies build their brands, I’m helping actual people like Kim, Laura, Amber, and Monica. The designs I’ve created mean that much more to me!

Clear the overwhelm so you can focus on what you love and bring in sales.

You can have both:

"Emotional" is not a dirty word.

Also over this time, while working with clients and building my own business, I have put together some definitive tools that I believe we empaths need to thrive in business- especially in those times where we’re feeling anxious, emotional, and full of self doubt.

Through my coaching, I can help you build the brand you always dreamed of and make hella sales, but I’ll also be there to remind you:

You deserve to have the life you want.

You deserve to fill your cup so high that you overflow into everyone around you.

You deserve to have a business that looks amazing, feels authentic, and really speaks to people.

You deserve to have a business that runs itself so that you can focus on the

parts that bring you energy and joy.

I can help you get through each step along the way.

If you're struggling with...

GETTING YOUR BUSINESS OFF THE GROUND

FEELING "BLAH" ABOUT YOUR BRAND

UNSURE OF WHAT TO DO NEXT

NOT MAKING SALES

FEAR OF PUTTING YOURSELF OUT THERE & BEING SEEN

LACK OF SUPPORT OR LONELINESS

CLIENTS CROSSING BOUNDARIES

FEELING MAJOR OVERWHELM

As seen on...

Before moving into consulting, I worked as a creative director and designer. I mainly worked for small businesses (or myself), but was able to create and attract BIG opportunities with celebrities, press, and brand partnerships. I can help you do the same! Here are a few lil' highlights I thought you might find exciting:

The Bachelor

While working as the Creative Director for a dessert company, I was asked to do an on-air wedding cake consultation for the special: The Bachelor at 20: A Celebration of Love. I personally designed Jade + Tanner's wedding cake and led my team in setting up at their wedding (which was goooorgeous). My clip was cut from the special's final edit (wah wah) but you can still watch the deleted scene below:

Sugarfina

I helped my design team establish a partnership with Sugarfina where we helped their L.A. based locations coordinate in-store parties, including creating the marketing collateral and menus. Based on my work I was asked to help coordinate and style on Sugarfina's big holiday photo shoot! You can see the photos on @sugarfina if you go back a few years, or check out this album below:

Pentatonix

When I first moved to L.A., I started out as a freelance costume designer and stylist. In less than 2 years, I was working with brands like Pentatonix!

I designed the wardrobe for their "Starships" music video, which currently has 33 million views on YouTube. (Check it out below!) I also styled for Demi Levato, Amy Schumer, Hannibal Burress, and more.

Disney Channel

While working with an art direction team striving to attract new opportunities, we were approached to help style a promo shoot for The Disney Channel! We shot 6 full segments in 2 days, coordinating with a professional stop motion team and film crew. I was also a hand model in a lot of the shots, look out! You can find them by searching "Halloween cakes Disney channel" on YouTube. This one is my fave:

I can help you attract these same opportunities
