We're two childhood friends from El Paso, TX who reconnected as adults over our passions for mental health, business, and serving others. Basically we're both funny and highly sensitive empaths who nerd out together a LOT. Whoever said that you need to be cool and emotionless to run a successful business? We've never been emotionless (or genuinely cool, let's be honest) a day in our lives and run thriving online businesses that support our families, our purpose, and our mental health.
We decided to create this membership group because this is exactly what we would have wanted and needed when we were first starting out. We understand the value of getting support and advice from other people who process things the way we do. But we also want to make it FUN, you know?

Tricia is a brand strategist and designer turned enthusiastic business coach. She has worked with small businesses for over 8 years, creating brands that have attracted huge opportunities, including a partnership with and appearance on The Bachelor. (Say what?) She believes that great branding is the key to a successful business, and has the unique ability to articulate strong messaging using emotion and imagery. As a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser, she's passionate about helping others clear the overwhelm and THRIVE in business.
Tricia is also a toddler mom, artist, mental health advocate, Enneagram enthusiast, and chips & salsa connoisseur.
Katie Miles
THERAPIST + HABIT EXPERT
Katie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-founder of Habitbetter. She attended one of the top ten medical centers in the U.S. and now has her own private practice where she works with individuals, couples, and families to heal and strengthen relationships. She’s really able to put all of that knowledge to use co-founding and running a company with her older brother! Habitbetter is a premiere learning institute that helps you develop the habit of journaling for exploration, healing, and change. Katie is super passionate about supporting fellow entrepreneurs on this growth journey, and helping them to shift their mindset, manage struggle, and create healthy relationships.
